Then, take off the driveshaft, disconect all the sifter linkage, take out all the bolts you can get to around the tranny, then put a jack on the end of tranny if you don't have a tranny jack, and unbolt the tranny mount, then lower the tranny a bit to get at the top bolts on the tranny where it connects to the engine.  Once you have them all off, just slide it out, and keep lowering the jack... you should be fine. I pull it by myself and there is no way I can bench 200lbs.
